Cindy Garvey, the name has become synonymous with Leipers Fork Real Estate in Middle Tennessee. Raised in Southern Indiana Cindy made the move to Franklin, Tennessee 29 years ago. Once she made the decision to “try” real estate there was no looking back.
She has lived and worked in the Leipers Fork area of Williamson County for 29 years. She knows this area from the top of the hills to hollow's & creeks. When people have questions about farms or land she probably has the answer. She’s not afraid to get in her 4X4 and drive clients all over property to make sure it’s the “perfect” piece they’ve been looking for. Land,1/2 pasture & 1/2 woods with a creek, is the biggest request.
As the broker and owner of the Leipers Fork/Franklin United Country just south of Nashville, TN, she has built a wonderful team/family of agents with like goals- -to know this area better than anyone and to take care of clients with the highest level of service possible.
She just got married on July 4th, 2013 to Eddie Wilson a song writer in Nashville. He loves hunting, fishing, & growing his own blueberries. Cindy has always lived in the country on a mini farm with a horse, donkey, a great german shepherd, & now 2 cats. Eddie has now brought learning to cook venison (& she has that down good now), planting our own garden (we still have spaghetti squash everywhere), spotting old barns that he can help property owns tear down and clean up the old wood for projects, etc.

Born an American German Shepherd, Emmy Lou Harris-Garvey-Wilson, was rescued with the help of the Williamson County Animal Center. When Emmy first saw Cindy Garvey as she and her friend Laura Musgrave were visiting the center, it was love at first sight. Emmy and Cindy’s eyes met and Emmy made her realize how much they needed each other.
Since the adoption, Emmy has loved her Sweeney Hollow home with Cindy and Eddie, learned new tricks, and enjoyed many long walks together. An amazing heart beats within this German Shepherd who keeps a constant eye on things at home and has her new mom’s back.
Emmy was born near Spring Hill, Tennessee with owners who didn’t understand or appreciate her. That makes her life now all the more enjoyable. She loves to ride in the Tahoe or in the back of the Polaris Ranger. She gets to be in the Christmas Parade each year and is now part of the United Country Real Estate team in Leipers Fork as their Wildlife Research Analyst.
A trainer who Cindy and Eddie hired to teach her parents some basic obedience steps said, “There’s really only one thing I can see wrong with Emmy. If she could just still have puppies she would be a wonderful mom and is one of the prettiest, and best hearted American German Shepherds I’ve ever worked with.”

From city life, to country life! Katie’s real estate career began in east Boca Raton, Florida where she was born and raised. Her first investment property was purchased soon after graduating from Lynn University. Her once sleepy beach town had become an over-developed and fast paced lifestyle which was great for real estate, but after thirty-two years, it had lost it’s appeal to Katie. It was time for a change!
During her first visit to Tennessee, she witnessed both the Dickens Of A Christmas in Franklin, and the “Almost Famous” Leiper’s Fork Christmas parade. The charm, people, community, and overall natural beauty completely won her over.
Katie’s passion for real estate shines through when working with her. Focused on communication, Katie’s clients know she can be reached anytime of the day. “We’ve all been told to treat others as you would like to be treated, but I make sure to follow through on that. I go that extra mile for my clients, and with a smile on my face.”
When she isn’t working, Katie enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Baby & Griffin, exploring antique shops, shooting, and planning her 2019 wedding with her fiancé.
